Cancellations

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you submit it.

Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged, with proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

Beautiful!

This set of wooden puzzles is so beautiful I decided to give it as a gift instead of keeping it myself.

Nice set

This set was very nice and would make a good gift. However I recommend you save the package label and manually tape it to the box cover (I used clear packing tape): once the shrink wrap is removed, the puzzles need to be kept inside for safe storage which leads to a much less compelling-looking box. See photo for what it would look like if you tape the label back on.

I was so happy with this boxed set of FLW designs that I sent a box as a gift. It was very well received! The box is an attractive coffee table accessory and the puzzles are great quality and fun to do
