BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE REPLACEMENT FORM, PLEASE NOTE:
We’re unable to provide individual puzzle pieces or replace puzzles with the same image. However, we’re always working to offer a variety of puzzles in stock. Please note, the piece count on the box may not exactly match the number of pieces in your puzzle. The best way to determine if you’re truly missing a piece is to complete the entire puzzle.

We encourage you to finish the puzzle and double-check for any missing pieces before submitting your request—puzzle pieces have a habit of hiding in surprising spots! Often, customers find their missing pieces after a more thorough search.
