Cancellations

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you submit it.

Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged, with proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

Please do not send your purchase back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.

Refunds

bought for back image

This was my first double-sided puzzle. I bought it for the back image, with the succulents in rows, so I put it together on that side first. I thought it'd be weird to put a puzzle together from the back side, but the pieces lock into place just as satisfyingly from that side as they do right side up. The image also looks more seamless when you lock back pieces together. The back photo is still nice and crisp and the puzzle overall is the high quality I have come to expect from Galison.

Also, I tend to favor 1000 piece puzzles. The back pattern on this one is nice and challenging, and held my attention longer than other 500 piece puzzles I've done. Overall, a good buy.

New Favorite

Unusually challenging for 500 pieces, but not frustrating. Unique piece shapes with minimal dust. Pieces are more solid/less prone to bending than with single-sided puzzles. Not hard to tell which side is which. Smells faintly of glue, which I have experienced with other puzzles with very solid pieces and don't find bothersome despite being sensitive. Images are beautiful.

A good challenge

I love Galison puzzles - always good quality and fun. I normally can do a 500 piece puzzle in about two hours - but not this one! This one was a challenge!! It is not difficult to determine the two sides of the pieces (one is glossy, one is matte). Both sides were complicated to do - love it!
